Majid Al Futtaim Communities, part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, recently announced the launch of a new child-led design initiative in collaboration with the Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai.

Our Principal, Mrs Clare Turnbull featured on Dubai Eye, to discuss how the pandemic has impacted our children.

School principals in the UAE said encouraging young pupils not to brush mental illness under the carpet was crucial.

Putting good old pen to paper boasts an array of cognitive and learning benefits for children.

“Our pupil’s mental health and wellness is our top priority, and mental health awareness is an integral part of the school’s DNA. We are doing everything we can to close the gap in the issues that have been created due to the pandemic,” Turnbull added.

At RGS Guildford Dubai, a fundamental aim is to reinforce the fun and social opportunities offered through participation within sport! This is the main reason why Physical Education (PE) and sports are so key as part of the British Curriculum.
