Daily Routine
Morning Drop off Routine
- Drop off is between 7:30am – 7:50am for all years.
- FS1 & FS2 – Park and accompany your child to class
- Year 1 & 2 – Park and accompany your child to class, or drop off and go
- Years 3 – 8 – Drop off and go
Pick up times – Monday to Thursday
- FS1 & FS2 – 2:00pm to 2:15pm
- Year 1 & 2 – 2:50pm to 3:00pm
- Years 3 – 8 – 3:30pm to 3:45pm
Pick up times – Friday
- FS1 & FS2 – 11:00am to 11:15am
- Year 1 & 2 – 11:20am to 11:30am
- Years 3 – 6 – 11:30am to 11:45am
- Years 7 & 8 – 12:00pm
Uniform
We are delighted to be partnering with Trutex in providing our practical, smart, and elegant school uniforms. We were impressed with their pedigree as a company that works closely with their partner schools, as well as their deep focus on both quality and sustainability.
The Uniform can either be ordered and then collected within the school, or ordered online and delivered to your home or purchased in their store.
- School bags must be used at all times.
- Girls wear white socks, boys wear grey socks. All children wear black leather flat shoes, not trainers.
- Hair should be of natural colour and out of the eyes so that learning is not impeded. If a child’s hair is tied back a navy blue or RGS green hair tie or band should be used.

School Bus Information
RGSGD has contracted Arab Falcon Bus Rental LLC, as the sole service provider of school bus transport for our pupils. Arab Falcon Bus Rental LLC is a leading school transport provider for a number of schools in Dubai, providing the highest level of safety, quality, reliability and customer service to families for a. number of years. Enhanced safety and security features are installed in all of the buses, including GPS tracking and CCTV cameras.

Tuck Shop Café are committed to providing tasty, healthy school meals. All meals are prepared fresh daily onsite and pre-packed in eco-friendly packaging. Tuck Shop have created a 3 week termly menu with many different options to boost your children’s energy levels throughout the day. Each day you can choose a snack for break and one of four lunch options which all include sides and a mini bake.
Tuck Shop Café make it as easy as possible for parents, and offer a faster and easier way to manage payments and order online.
You can order and pay for all school meals quickly and easily directly from a smart device wherever and whenever it suits you.
Extra-Curricular Activities
The extra-curricular (ECA) programme is a pillar of the RGS Guildford Dubai ethos, to develop an exceptional all-round education for your child. Our internal and external programmes promise to engage and inspire every child in a wide range of disciplines from music, chess, performing arts, robotics to gymnastics, golf, sailing and much more.
