During her visit to Dubai, Beth, an Arsenal and England national team professional footballer, spent time in The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai, Horizon English School, Horizon International School and Ranches Primary School.

Beth hosted talks and meet and greet sessions with pupils as part of Cognita Middle East’s world-class enrichment programme, Enrich ME.

Pupils said they were over the moon about getting the chance to meet Mead.

“It was amazing meeting Beth. She’s an inspiration and I want to play football just like her one day,” said Olivia, a Year 5 pupil at Royal Grammar School Guildford, Dubai.
